Most of our customers work in metalworking, automotive and aerospace. We handle saws for steel, aluminium, copper and brass, as well as for plastics and wood – up to Ø 1,600 mm depending on type, including other makes. From sharpening to reconditioning, everything is done in-house. Your saws only leave Recklinghausen on their way back to you. Usually about one week from receipt. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

For aluminium, copper and brass

We have been developing, manufacturing and sharpening precision circular saw blades since 1974, in Recklinghausen since 1996 – today on a site of more than 3,500 m², with modern machinery and a qualified team. When sharpening is no longer worthwhile, we make your replacement blade – to your tool data or optimised for your application: TCT, HSS, HSS segmental and solid carbide.

Which saw blades do you sharpen?

How long does sharpening take?
Usually about one week from receipt. Rush orders by arrangement – just give us a call.
Can I drop off my blades in person?

How much does sharpening cost?
That depends on the blade type, diameter, number of teeth and condition. Give us a call or send us the details with a photo – you will receive a quotation before we start work.
How many times can a circular saw blade be resharpened?
That depends on the blade. As a rule, we grind both the tooth face and the tooth top (periphery). This way we remove only as much material as necessary – which protects your blade.
Do you also sharpen for private customers?
Yes, private customers are very welcome too.
